Permanent residence eligibility
We help eligible work pass holders and families prepare PR applications. We check your applicant category, employment and income records, qualifications, residence history and family documents. ICA considers these factors together and decides whether to approve the application. It does not publish a points system that guarantees approval.
When you can apply for PR
Employment Pass and S Pass holders can apply for PR under ICA’s eligibility rules. ICA does not require every applicant to wait six months before applying. A request for six months of payslips is a document requirement. ICA generally processes complete applications within six months, although some take longer.
Global Investor Programme eligibility
The Global Investor Programme, or GIP, is administered by EDB and has substantial business-history and investment requirements. Its options include a $10 million business investment, $25 million in an approved fund, or a qualifying family office with $200 million assets under management and the required $50 million deployment. We check whether you meet GIP’s applicant criteria before discussing the investment options.
