Golden Archway Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202451106K) is a Singapore business and immigration consultancy with its registered office at Suntec Tower One, Singapore. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Golden Archway Pte. Ltd.

What we collect

We collect personal data that you give us directly: your name, email address, nationality, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in our contact form or send us by email or WhatsApp. If you engage us, we collect the documents needed for your matter, such as passports, qualifications and corporate records.

Our website also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and for how long. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.

How we use it

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, assess and advise on your case, prepare and submit applications you have engaged us for, keep proper records of our work, and improve our website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your matter.

When we share it

Where your matter requires work that must be carried out by a licensed party, such as corporate secretarial filing or employment agency services, we share the necessary information with our licensed sister company and accredited partners, and with the relevant authorities such as ACRA, MOM and ICA as part of your application. We share only what each party needs, and they are required to protect it.

Case studies

Where we publish case studies, all names, company names and identifying details are removed or generalised. We do not publish identifying client information.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for your matter and to meet our legal and professional obligations, after which it is securely deleted. Access to client documents is restricted to the people working on your case.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. If we make a material change to how we handle personal data, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
