Ongoing compliance and renewal
Clean books are what keep you in Singapore.
Setup gets you in. Real operations and clean financials keep you in. We handle bookkeeping, tax, payroll and CPF, and we keep your ACRA and IRAS deadlines, so your Employment Pass renewal and your PR are never undermined by thin records.
At your first Employment Pass renewal you usually have only one or two financial year ends, because an initial pass is granted for one or two years. The Ministry of Manpower reviews whatever financials exist, and if they are not finalised, may ask for the company's last twelve months of bank statements and your CPF contributions for local staff, to confirm the business is actively operating. Only a real, well kept company renews smoothly.
What we handle
The ongoing work that proves you are real.
- Bookkeeping and management accounts
- Annual financial statements
- Corporate tax and estimated chargeable income filing
- GST registration and filing where applicable
- Payroll and CPF contributions for local staff
- Annual return and AGM matters with ACRA
Why it matters
Renewal readiness, from day one.
A shell company cannot produce twelve months of real bank activity or CPF records for local employees. A real one can. Keeping your books clean from the start means that when renewal comes, or when you apply for PR, the evidence is already there.
- Evidence ready for EP renewal and PR
- No last minute scramble for documents
- A track record that supports your long term plans
Your annual calendar
The deadlines we keep for you.
A Singapore company has a clear set of recurring obligations. The current ones, which we manage so nothing slips, include:
- Corporate tax at a flat 17 percent on chargeable income, with available exemptions and rebates applied
- Estimated Chargeable Income filed within three months of your financial year end
- The corporate tax return, Form C-S, C-S Lite or C, by 30 November
- GST registration once taxable turnover exceeds SGD 1 million, then periodic GST returns
- An annual general meeting within six months of the financial year end, unless dispensed with under the Companies Act
- The annual return filed with ACRA within seven months of the financial year end
- Monthly payroll and CPF for local employees
From 2026, ACRA removed the grace period for late filing, so penalties apply from the first day past the deadline. We keep you ahead of every date. Figures and rules change; we apply the current ones for your year.
