Golden Archway is a Singapore consultancy for foreign founders and investors. We were built on a simple idea: incorporation is easy, but the Employment Pass, the renewal and the path to residence are where people need a partner who stays.
Who we are
Singapore-incorporated, and built to be verifiable.
We are a Singapore private limited company, UEN 202451106K, working with foreign founders who want to set up here properly. Doing it yourself online can look cheaper, but the authorities increasingly check that a company has real substance before they approve a pass, a renewal or permanent residence, and a thin setup is where the delays, repeat filings and added cost begin.
We manage your whole journey end to end and are your single point of accountability for it. We are not ourselves a registered filing agent or a licensed employment agency; where work requires a specific licence, such as corporate secretarial filing or employment agency services, it is carried out by our licensed sister company and accredited partners, so every regulated step is handled by the correctly licensed party.
