Count the pages and the content separately
A five-page website could mean Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact, with every service on one page. Another package may include a separate page for each service. Ask for the page list so you can compare the quotations accurately.
Check who writes the text and supplies the photographs. “Content included” should tell you whether the provider writes from your business information or only uploads text you supply. Articles should answer questions relevant to your actual customers; a page count alone does not tell you whether the information is useful.

Understand what a text update covers
One included request means one consolidated batch of customer-supplied replacement text on up to three existing pages. It does not include rewriting, creating new pages or changing the layout or design. For example, replacing a service description and opening hours within the existing layout is a text update; adding a booking system is a separate project.
The site is built in HTML, with PHP used for enquiry submissions. Routine content changes are uploaded for you. Hosting and backups should not be mistaken for unlimited editing. Confirm the handover arrangements and access you receive before commissioning the build.
Separate the build from ongoing search work
A website build gives you pages and an enquiry route. Monthly work can add or improve content, review visibility and measure which visits become enquiries. Our SEO, AEO and GEO service starts from SGD 388 per month and is separate from the website build.
